Payment:
Paypal payment is preferred, other payment methods may be considered if discussed in advance.
How to order items in stock:
Please send an email to secretkeep@sk-fashions.ca with a description of the item you would like to purchase, paypal address, name & shipping address. You'll then receive a paypal invoice for the item which will be shipped out within 3-5 business days of confirmed payment.
How to order specially designed or one of a kind items:
Please send an email to sk-fashions@hotmail.com with your name and a detailed description of what you are looking to have made. You will then be sent a reply with a list of the required measurements (or the brand & model if ordering ball joint doll items). Once all details of the design, fabric choices, construction time, and price have been worked out you may be sent an invoice for a non-refundable deposit on the commissioned items. After the item has been created and the rest of the price has been paid in full, the item will be shipped out within 3-5 business days.

Shipping:
Shipping prices vary depending on the item, please email for additional information. Also, please remember that these items are being shipped from Canada so the shipping time on international orders may vary. Items will be shipped out within 3-5 business days of confirmed payment, however this is not to be confused as the arrival date. I am not responsible for late deliveries, once an order has been mailed it is the responsibility of the postal service.
Garment care:
All items are considered dry clean only with the exception of corsets and other garments containing metal boning or grommets which are to be spot cleaned only and should be kept away from excessive moisture. Please note, as with any colored fabric there is always a chance that some of the dye may stain resin and other materials. Should there be any other special care instructions not included above, they will be sent via email.
Availability:
Secret Keep Fashions is open for commissions and made-to-order items only during certain times of the year, which may vary from season to season. The status of the shop is listed below, however is subject to change without notice.
